The 1954 24 Hours of Le Mans was the 22nd Grand Prix of Endurance, and took place on June 12 and 13 1954.

這台之前BlueGTV大大也已經發過了, 我來個戶外亂拍,再發一次, 雖然BBR沒出過幾款1/18的非樹脂手工車(Ferrari Enzo, Ferrrai F430, Ferrari 375 Plus), 我總覺得這款做的最好, 純屬個人看法 也許是老車比較有表現空間 ...

C-class 前身的 W201 系中的代表車, 也是賓士車中的經典,
Mercedes-Benz 特別針對德國 DTM 房車賽，
以旗下 W201 190E 車系為基礎，設計出一款名為 Evolution 的 190E 賽車,
它就是以 DTM 競技為目標誕生的終極勁駒 190E EVO II
在 1990 年的日內瓦車展登場.
EVO II 以 190 2.3-16 為基礎, 與市售版本最大的不同處，
就是 190E Evolution 搭載由賽事名廠 Cosworth 所加工的的 2.5 升 M 102E 引擎，
動力輸出為 235hp / 7200rpm、24.5 kgm/5000rpm，搭配了 AMG 的空力套件,
擁有更低的風阻系數, 其最大的特色之一,
就是那方正車型後的巨型尾翼吧 !! 真是超殺的 !!
EVO II 的極速更高達 250km/h , 在當時可是強力房車中的個中翹楚喔.
讓 AMG Mercedes 成為 DTM 賽事戰力極為堅強的勁旅,
並且在 1992 年由車手 Klaus Ludwig 駕駛的賽車登上 DTM 冠軍寶座.這在當時的
NA 車輛賽事之中，唯有 BMW 的 E30 M3 比擬而已 !
當然,更令人振奮的就是街道版的推出, 也採用了桶型的賽車座椅,
在排檔桿上並加上了限量的序號, 總共只製造了五百部出售,
也因此稀少珍貴值得車迷典藏 !
從 1991 到 1993 年之中，190E 2.5-16 Evolution II 真可形容是席捲整個 DTM 賽事，
整個 W201 車系的 190E 2.5-16 Evolution 總共贏得 50 個冠軍頭銜，
這也讓眾多德國車迷如癡如醉 !!

Richard Beattie Seaman (1913 – 1939) – Driver Profile
When Richard Seaman
drove his Mercedes-Benz W 154 3-litre
formula racing car to victory at the 1938 German Grand Prix, he sealed
his reputation as the most successful British racing driver of his
day.
Although a perennial favorite among German race-going crowds, Seaman’s
role as a representative of National Socialist motorsport shortly before the
outbreak of the Second World War was viewed critically in his homeland. But
Seaman would not live long enough to see Europe descend into war: just eleven
months after his triumph at the Nürburgring, his career came to a tragic end at
the Belgian Grand Prix when his car left the circuit and crashed into a tree.
Seaman died of his serious injuries that same evening.

The Type 57 SC Atlantic was a masterpiece developed by Jean Bugatti,
the only son of the great "patron" Ettore Bugatti. It was an extraordinary feat
of automotive engineering at that time, both in design and construction. Only
three examples were built; Powered by a 3.3
liter inline 8-cylinder engine, the Type 57 SC Atlantic was the fastest street
car of
its time. No other car was comparable to the elegance and perfection of this
breath-taking two-seater.
The Atlantic combined beauty and function in
its aerodynamic design. This starts with the end-to-end riveted dorsal seam that
gives the car a unique character, and continues with the headlamps that are
shaped in the appearance of "eyes." These are just two examples of the many
distinctive traits that are exquisitely recreated in our model. Combined, the
details are what give this model its great charisma and exceptional grace. It
takes more than 1,700 single parts, mounted by the hand, to create this arduous
piece of art on wheels.
